OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TALLTALE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
